Nikolay Kondikov

Nikolay Kondikov joined Sirma Solutions, JSC in 2007, as a Senior Software Developer. He has had extensive experience in software and internet technologies, including a wide variety of business applications and services. He held various positions within Sirma Solutions – senior developer, team lead, project manager. Since 2016, he has taken over North America Business Unit of Sirma Solutions, as a Director of Technology Services, and one year later became also a Member of the Board of Sirma Solutions JSC.

Prior to 2007, Nikolay worked as a Senior Software developer in Element, Bulgaria, Securax, Bulgaria and Saturn Engineering.

Nikolay earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial Management (Marketing Management) at the Technical University of Sofia (2006) and B.Sc in Computer Systems and Technologies at the Technical University of Sofia (2003).
