Bobby Soram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Founder of Siroi Designs since August 2019 and a Customer Engagement Executive at Siroi Solutions Sdn Bhd since January 2014. In the latter role, Bobby focuses on understanding industry challenges and digital transformation needs, collaborating with the technology team to deliver tailored solutions. Previously, as a Senior Recruitment Manager, Bobby specialized in networking to identify suitable candidates for job openings. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Raaj Khosla & Company Pvt Ltd, where Bobby was responsible for recruitment, sales coaching, and leading a sales team. Bobby holds a diploma in Public Relations and Marketing from Bharti Vidhya Bhawan, New Delhi, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Rajasthan.
