David Paik

Dr. David Paik has a long track record of technical innovation in both academia and industry. He was the Senior Director of Imaging Science at a Boston-based medical imaging startup where he pioneered algorithms for atherosclerotic plaque compositional analysis from CT images. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Stanford University leading a research group in quantitative image analysis for both pre-clinical molecular imaging and clinical imaging applications, and taught classes on biomedical image analysis. He has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
