Daniel Ruelas

Daniel Ruelas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract management. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at SIRSA Construcción since October 2022 and as a Legal Counsel at Vision Lex since May 2021, Ruelas has previously held the position of Abogado de Inmuebles y Contratos at Promotora Ambiental S.A.B. de C.V. from October 2015 to December 2020, as well as Gerente Jurídico at Metrofinanciera from January 2005 to October 2014. Ruelas's expertise includes drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate books, regulatory compliance, and providing internal legal consultations.
