Natalie Gagnon has over 20 years of finance experience, holding various leadership roles in reputable companies. Natalie started as a Director of Finance at Sperian Protection Apparel, overseeing finance activities for 2 plants. Natalie later served as an Audit Manager at Sperian Protection, establishing the global internal audit department. Natalie then became a Sr Finance Manager at Haemonetics, where they highlighted cost improvement opportunities and evaluated capital investments. Subsequently, they worked as a Director of Finance at GaltNeedleTech, reorganizing the finance department and driving data-driven analytics for decision-making. Currently, Natalie holds the position of Director of Finance Americas at Sirtex Medical Limited.

Natalie Gagnon obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University in 1985. Following this, in 1986, they became a Certified Professional Accountant, CMA. In the same year, they pursued an MBA in Management from Concordia University, completing it in 1991. In 2006, Natalie further enhanced their education by earning the Certified Internal Auditor qualification from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
