Ricky Ghilarducci

Ricky Ghilarducci is an experienced professional in manufacturing operations and quality engineering, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Sirtex Medical Limited since October 2023, overseeing the LAVA Liquid Embolic System production facility. Previously, Ricky held the position of Manufacturing Operations Program Manager at Cepheid, where focus was on operational efficiency within the GeneXpert New Production line. As Director of Operations at Broncus Medical Inc., Ricky managed various functions including product manufacturing and supply chain management. Ricky’s extensive background also includes leadership roles in quality engineering at Renew Medical, MyoScience, and Calibra Medical, where responsibilities encompassed production management, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
