Terry Vanepps

Terry VanEpps, SHRM-SCP has a rich and diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Most recently, they served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Sirtex Medical Limited, leading a team in a high-growth medical device environment. Prior to that, they held leadership roles in talent acquisition at Spero Therapeutics, Panasonic USA, Harris Corporation, AVANGRID, Inc., HCR Home Care, Xerox Corporation, and Bausch & Lomb. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships, developing recruitment strategies, and leading teams to meet hiring goals in various industries.

Terry VanEpps, SHRM-SCP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Empire State University. In August 2019, Terry earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. In January 2021, Terry obtained the Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP.
