Marion also has experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Visioptimum International, a Project Manager Junior in the customer's marketing service at BBGR, and as an Optician at Optical Center, The 20-20 Optical Store, and Optic 2000.

Furthermore, Marion held the position of Freelance IT Department Manager at Silkhom - Smart Recruitment, where they were responsible for overseeing the IT freelance team.

Marion M. pursued their education in various fields over the years. In 2013 to 2014, they attended iaelyon School of Management and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing / Sales B to B. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2011, they studied at the Institut des Sciences de la Vision and earned a Licence professionnelle (Bachelor's degree) in Optometry and Contactology. Marion then attended the Institut Supérieur Optique from 2007 to 2010, where they received a BTS (HDN equivalent) degree in Opticien lunetier (optician). Finally, in 2007, they completed their Baccalauréat Scientifiques (baccalaureate in Sciences) at Notre Dame des Minimes in Lyon, France.
