Stalin Vaca

Stalin Vaca possesses extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Gerente local at Grupo Sisener Ingenieros since June 2009, focusing on engineering services for electricity generation, transformation, and distribution, with a specialization in renewable energy. Prior to this role, Stalin operated as a freelance Proyectista/Constructor from February 2000 to June 2014, handling the design and construction of electrical networks and energy efficiency services for industrial clients. Additional experience includes positions as Proyectista/Ingeniero de Obra/Director de Proyectos at ELCONSIS Cía. Ltda. and Ingeniero de Obra/Gerencia Técnica at COEL Cía. Ltda., both involving the design and construction of electrical networks. Stalin holds a Master en Energías Renovables from Universidad de Zaragoza and an Ingeniero Eléctrico degree from Universidad de Cuenca.
