Ruslan Bondarenko

Support Specialist at Sisense

Ruslan Bondarenko has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2019. Ruslan started their career as an Assistant in a computer laboratory at Kyiv Energy College, where they taught students MS Windows and MS Office software, as well as maintained and installed LAN networks and repaired computers.

After that, Bondarenko worked as a System Administrator at the National University of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv, where they provided support for 1st and 2nd line issues, repaired computers, and administered servers running MS Windows Server, Exchange, and Linux.

Ruslan then joined the company "ПП ВКФ «СТЕП»" as a System Administrator, followed by the role of System Administrator at the National University of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv once again.

In 2007, Bondarenko worked as a Specialist of Polymer Processing at "ООО «Новохим групп»" before transitioning back to being a System Administrator at the National University of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv.

From 2009 to 2011, they served as a System Administrator at the British International School Kyiv, where they provided 1st and 2nd line support, repaired computers, installed LAN networks, and provided technical assistance and training to school staff.

In 2012, Bondarenko joined Ciklum as a Helpdesk Operator, providing 1st level support, repairing computers, and offering remote assistance to employees. Ruslan then assumed the role of IT Support Team Lead in 2014, mentoring and developing a team of 20 engineers, and responding to technical assistance requests.

Bondarenko worked at www.tonicforhealth.com as the Lead of Technical Business Support from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they provided customer-oriented technical support, managed 1st and 2nd lines of support, and built support services to work 24/5 and 24/7.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Product Support Engineer at Tobii Pro, supporting products and providing assistance to clients.

Currently, Bondarenko is employed as a Support Specialist at Sisense, starting in April 2019.

Ruslan Bondarenko obtained an Engineer's degree in Engineer for maintenance of automated equipment from Kyiv Energy College from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they received a Programmer degree from Computer Academy "STEP" during the same period, where they studied Programming C++, Java, PHP, SQL, and HTML.

In terms of certifications, Ruslan achieved the following from Microsoft:

- MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7 in November 2013

- MCSA: Windows 7 in November 2013

- MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in October 2013

- MCTS: Windows 7 and Office 2010, Deployment in October 2013

- MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration in October 2013.
