Otr/L Nicole Foreman Otd

Nicole Foreman OTD, OTR/L is an accomplished Occupational Therapist currently practicing at Siskin Children's Institute since March 2023, with prior experience at Siskin Hospital from August 2022 to October 2023. Nicole has contributed to the field as an Occupational Therapy Student with the Chattanooga Area Brain Injury Association during a Doctoral Capstone Semester, where a group-based cognitive training program for individuals with traumatic brain injuries was developed and implemented. Additional clinical experience includes Level II Fieldwork at Vanderbilt Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation focusing on outpatient neurological rehabilitation and LeBonheur Children's Hospital specializing in outpatient pediatrics. Nicole's educational background includes an Occupational Therapy Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
