Administrator, Siskin SubAcute West at Siskin Hospital

With more than 12 years of leadership experience in the skilled nursing and long term care industry, Aaron is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Tennessee and is a licensed Preceptor. As a Preceptor, he can conduct Administrator in Training programs for new aspiring healthcare professionals who are pursuing a career as an Administrator in long term care.

Aaron earned a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee with a double major in Accounting and Finance. He is currently enrolled at Lee University and will graduate with his Masters of Business Administration in May of 2022. Aaron is an US Army Veteran with more than five years of active duty. He was deployed with A Company, 2-7th Cavalry, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division for a 15-month combat deployment to Mosul, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

At Siskin Hospital, Aaron is responsible for the overall management of Siskin West, a licensed 108-bed skilled nursing facility within the Siskin Hospital system. His previous experience spans a variety of leadership roles in the skilled nursing industry including Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Operations, and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He has vast experience in operations management, business analytics, financial and strategic management, quality improvement, and survey management. Aaron’s past professional successes include reducing employee turnover, increasing resident satisfaction, improving quality measures and outcomes, multiple deficiency-free Tennessee Department of Health Surveys, Joint Commission Certification Surveys, assessing and restructuring facilities struggling operationally, and assisting facilities with improvements in compliance and survey outcomes.
