Jennifer Woodland

Jennifer Woodland is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in population health management and medical education. Currently serving as the Population Health Manager at La Clinica since November 2023, Jennifer previously worked at Rogue Community College from February 2019 to August 2023 as a Faculty and Coordinator for the Medical Assistant Program, managing the Allied Health department and instructing courses. Prior to that, Jennifer gained experience as a Certified Medical Assistant at Providence Health & Services, providing quality patient care across various clinics. Additionally, Jennifer served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where responsibilities included supervising clinical staff and delivering patient care in multiple environments. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Allied Health and Leadership at Oregon Institute of Technology, Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Southern Oregon University.
