Jana Parkin

Jana Parkin is an experienced educator and property manager with a diverse background in teaching, property management, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Teacher STEAM at Little Scientists Switzerland and as an Informatics Teacher at TechLabs.ch, Jana focuses on fostering scientific literacy and digital competence among students aged 5 to 12. Previous roles include a Science and Math Educator for Academia Group Switzerland AG, where preparation for IGCSE and A-level exams was emphasized, and a variety of teaching positions across different educational institutions addressing English as a Second Language and natural sciences. Jana's extensive experience also encompasses residential property management, wherein responsibilities included tenant relations and operational oversight. Jana holds a Master's degree in Sustainability and BioEconomy from Rome Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Ornamental Horticulture from Utah State University, along with additional certifications in teaching and natural science education.
