Ricardo Glass

Ricardo Glass is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of Okena since August 2009, Ricardo also serves as the Founder and CEO. In addition, Ricardo has played a significant role at Sistema B since January 2014, holding titles such as Curator, Co-President of the Board, Vice President, and Board Member. Ricardo contributes to Capitalismo Consciente Brasil and Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial (ICE) as a Board Member, while also serving on the Board of Instituto Samuel Klein and Instituto Arredondar. Previous experience includes Sales Director at Atmosfera Gestao E Higienizacao De Texteis from 2004 to 2006 and Vice President of ANEL - Associação Nacional das Empresas de Lavanderia from 2000 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in economics from FAAP and high school studies at Gulliver Prep and Palmares.
