Kepa Urkijo Reyes

Kepa Urkijo Reyes is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sisteplant since December 2022, Kepa is responsible for managing engineering projects and advanced continuous improvement initiatives for clients. Previously, Kepa was the Continuous Improvement Manager at Sidenor Aceros Especiales S.L. from January 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading and coordinating the implementation of improvement processes across production plants and functional areas. Kepa's prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Strategic Project Leader at Michelin, overseeing production management, project execution, and transformation initiatives. Kepa's career began at Tigar Tyres within the Michelin group and includes previous positions at Michelin focused on capacity, productivity, and process improvement.
