Frederick Blanton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in environmental stewardship, healthcare, and international relations. Currently serving as a Tree Steward with Shenandoah Green and a Hospital Foundation Board Member with Augusta Health, Frederick also holds the position of Chair for the Lewis Creek Watershed Advisory Committee. As a State Representative for Virginia with Sister Cities International, Frederick has actively contributed to community engagement since 2018. Frederick co-founded Shenandoah Green VA and previously worked in estimating and pricing at Boeing Defense and Space Systems for over 36 years. An alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis, where Frederick earned a BSBA with a Business major and a minor in German, the focus has shifted towards historical research and maintaining a historical home in Staunton, Virginia.
