Erica Goldberger

Erica Goldberger has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Erica is currently the VP of Content Strategy & Operations at SISTER, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, Erica held various roles at Lionsgate from 2016 to 2021, including Executive Director of Data Strategy, Products & Platforms, Executive Director of Strategic Planning & Operations, and Director of Strategic Planning & Operations. Before joining Lionsgate, Erica worked at MGM from 2013 to 2016, where they served as Manager and Coordinator of Theatrical & Home Video Distribution. Erica also gained experience at Spyglass Entertainment, where they worked as a Distribution Manager, Distribution Coordinator, and Assistant from 2011 to 2016. Erica started their career as a Programs & Events Assistant at USC Fisher Museum of Art from 2008 to 2011. During that time, they also interned at MGM and The Montecito Picture Company in creative development.

Erica Goldberger has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they completed between 2015 and 2018. Erica also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California. Furthermore, Erica participated in a semester abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', studying International Relations and Latin American Studies.
