Lucinda Hicks

Lucinda Hicks is an experienced executive in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as Group CEO and Consultant at SISTER since July 2022. In addition, Lucinda sits on the Advisory Board of Omaze from March 2023. Previously, Lucinda held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Banijay UK from July 2020 to July 2022, and Chief Operating Officer at Endemol Shine UK from April 2015 to August 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Joint Managing Director at Dragonfly Film and Television, VP of Operations and Business Development at Shine Group, Strategy Manager at Channel 4, and a business strategist role at the BBC. Lucinda began the professional journey in Strategy and Commercial Development at FremantleMedia after completing a BA in Economics and Management at the University of Oxford in 2000.
