Ashley Peter

Ashley Peter has diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 2006 as a Supervisor/Sales at Premiere Tan. In 2008, they worked as a Recruiter Intern at Old National Bank/Adecco and later as an Employment/Benefits Intern at the University of Southern Indiana. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Behavioral Health Technician at Southern Hills Counseling Center. Ashley then became an Employment Consultant at Blue River Services, assisting disabled consumers in job development. In 2012, they joined NIBCO INC. as a Human Resources Assistant and later as an Official Recruiting Intake Coordinator. In 2014, they worked at AM General LLC in various roles, including Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Supervisor. Currently, Ashley is the Human Resources Director at Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Indiana, where they are responsible for all aspects of HR, payroll, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.

Ashley Peter obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana, completing their education from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP).
