Trillian Schroeder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career at JK Sound as a stage hand in 2005 before moving on to BIAS, Inc. In BIAS, Inc., they held several roles including Quality Assurance Technician, Technical and Customer Support Representative, and Account Manager from 2006 to 2009.
In 2015, Schroeder joined Bloomberg New Energy Finance as a Corporate Account Manager, where they managed a client base and developed enterprise-wide engagement strategies. They later became a Business Development Manager, working with major energy companies and hosting events in the renewable energy sector.
From 2017 to 2019, Schroeder co-founded Emerald Hills Environmental LLC, a firm specializing in cannabis policy consulting, sustainable land use, and permitting. They strategized with clients, networked with regulatory agencies, and advocated for changes to policy.
In 2019, Schroeder joined Mother Earth Engineering as a Senior Project Manager. Their responsibilities included training staff, developing strategies for navigating regulatory frameworks, and implementing sustainable land use and agriculture practices.
Most recently, in 2021, Schroeder became the Program Manager at SISU Extracts, where they were responsible for overseeing programs and initiatives. In 2022, they were promoted to President, indicating their continued growth and leadership in the company.
Trillian Schroeder's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business from San Francisco State University, which they earned between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Sound Arts at SAE Expression College from 2004 to 2007.
