Gustavo Varela

Gustavo Varela has a diverse work experience across various companies. Gustavo is currently working as the Head of Global Talent at Sisua_Digital since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Learning & Organization Development Manager at Pronto COPEC from July 2020 to August 2021. Gustavo also worked at COPEC S.A. as a Retail Product Manager from July 2019 to June 2020 and as a Training Analyst from March 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they served as an Educational Psychologist at The Mackay School from March 2013 to September 2016. Gustavo also worked as a Professor's Assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from March 2013 to July 2016. In addition, they have experience as an HR Project Manager at Capital Humano Consultores from December 2014 to October 2015. Gustavo's early work experience includes leadership roles in student committees and as a student coordinator at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from December 2011 to December 2012.
