Haylee C. has a diverse range of work experience. Haylee began their career as an Executive Assistant at the Wyoming Secretary of State in April 2016 and held this position until May 2019. Afterward, they joined the Fitness One Clubs as a Group Fitness Instructor and Digital Content Strategist from May 2018 to June 2019.

In June 2019, they transitioned to the role of Director of Marketing at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter-Services, a position they held until March 2020. Following this, they joined the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority as the Vice President and Managing Director from April 2020 to March 2023.

During their time at the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority, Haylee also founded their own company, Chenchar Concepts, in July 2020. This entrepreneurial venture allowed their to showcase their skills and expertise as a Founder.
