Alina Ionescu

Alina Ionescu is currently the Chief People Officer at SITA since May 2005. Prior to that, Alina held various HR roles including HR Director Europe and Head of HR & Organisational Development. Alina also worked at Cadbury plc. as Sr HR Country Manager HQ and at IATA as an HR Advisor. Alina holds a Master's in Sciences in Economics from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Lausanne - UNIL. Their role at SITA involves providing direction and guidance on HR strategies in support of the business strategy as a key member of the Management team.
