Chris Southern

Chris Southern is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Infrastructure Platform and Network at SITA since August 2023, Chris previously held the position of EMEA Network Domain Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included regional infrastructure delivery for the Cargill account. Prior to that, Chris worked at Cargill as the Global Networks EMEA/AP Supervisor from August 2008 to October 2014, leading a global operations team and supporting various technologies within an ITIL framework. Chris's career also includes roles at ACS as EMEA Network Lead and at Alliance & Leicester as Network Analyst, focusing on network support, implementation, and security auditing. With a strong competency in ITIL processes and incident management, Chris has demonstrated leadership in critical incident resolution and maintains a commitment to strict service level agreements.
