Kevin O'Sullivan has a strong background in the Air Transport Industry, starting their career at SITA in 2003. During their time at SITA, they held multiple roles, including Lead Engineer at SITA Lab, where they worked on strategic technology innovation projects. Kevin also served as a Product Manager, responsible for the P&L of legacy integration products and developing new products and services linking airline legacy systems with web, mobile, and SMS. O'Sullivan worked closely with blue-chip airline and travel companies worldwide, such as American Express, United Airlines, and Cathay Pacific. Kevin O'Sullivan attended Donahies School of Computing from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Software Engineering. Kevin also obtained additional certifications such as "AI For Everyone" and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from Coursera in 2019. Additionally, they hold a certification in First Aid Level 2 from England Rugby.
