Kishor Shahi

Kishor Shahi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the field of network and IT infrastructure management. Kishor started their career in 2005 as an Officer at Bharti Airtel Services, where they provided field support for DSL home and corporate connections. Kishor then worked as a Senior Network Analyst at HCL Comnet Limited, providing remote infrastructure management and LAN/WAN security support for global customer NCR.

In 2008, Kishor joined Orange Business Services as a Network Engineer, where they worked until 2013. Kishor then joined British Telecom as a Problem Manager, streamlining processes for IT operations and building a support team for core network support.

From 2015 to 2018, Kishor worked at HCL Technologies as an Associate Consultant, responsible for planning, configuring, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Kishor handled various functions of an Infrastructure Manager (Systems/Networking/Technical Support) and worked on LAN, WAN, VPN, and load balancer implementations.

Kishor then joined SITA in 2018 as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer ITM, focusing on Riverbed WAN optimization technology and collaborating with CSM and Solution Designers for performance analysis and reporting.

In 2021, Kishor transitioned to Orange as a Network Specialist, where they worked until 2023. During this time, they also joined Orange Business as a Network Security Centre - Release Manager, responsible for vulnerability management of internet-facing managed devices.

Currently, Kishor is working as a Lead Security Architect at SITA, utilizing their expertise in security architecture.

Kishor Shahi completed their M.Sc in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their Graduation in Arts from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, Kishor also studied Computer Science at Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University for their A level, but the duration is unspecified.
