Luanna Spillane is an experienced Talent Attraction Partner at SITA since July 2023, specializing in end-to-end recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques, while enhancing candidate experience and managing employer branding efforts. Prior to SITA, Luanna served as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meta, focusing on sourcing software and machine learning engineers, and held roles at Booking.com and Google, where skills in sourcing and recruitment strategy were developed across European markets. Luanna's career began as a Recruitment Specialist at G4 Global Partners, and further experience includes teaching English and project management in a psychology consulting role. Luanna holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Dublin Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
