Luiz Lima has a strong background in IT consulting and software development. Luiz began their career at Simples Information Technology in 1997, where they worked as a Software Developer and Instructor. Luiz then went on to work at First Information Technology as a Software Developer from 1998 to 1999. Luiz gained experience as an IT Consultant and Software Developer at Qualtech for almost a year and a half, specializing in Borland Delphi. Their role then shifted to Accenture, where they served as an IT Consultant and Application Architect from 2000 to 2010. During this time, they also became certified as an IBM Certified IT Architect and a Master Certified Architect with The Open Group. Luiz then joined IBM's Global Business Services division as an IT Solution Architect from 2010 to 2014. At IBM, they worked on various complex systems integration projects across different industries. Currently, Luiz is working as a Senior Lead Solution Architect at SITA, where their role involves designing and integrating airport systems for new airport constructions and terminal renovations globally. Luiz has been recertified twice as a Master Certified Architect with The Open Group during their time at SITA.
Luiz Lima obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in the years 1991 to 1996. Luiz later pursued an Executive MBA in Information Technology from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Luiz Lima has obtained several certifications in various fields such as Digital Practitioner, Agile Architecture, SOA Architect and Professional, IT Architecture, and Solution Development.
