Mai Selke

Mai Selke has a robust background in business development and legal advisory, with extensive experience in government-related sectors. From March 2020 to February 2021, Mai led the Business Development team at SITA, focusing on border management solutions across Europe, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Prior to this role, Mai served as an Account Manager for Northern Europe, aiding governments in enhancing border security. At VFS Global, Mai worked as a Senior Advisor for Identity & Citizen Services, driving global business development and fostering executive-level B2B and B2G relationships. The role at the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board involved managing the e-Residency Program, where Mai established a robust organizational structure for e-ID issuance. Earlier experience includes legal advising at the Estonian Ministry of Justice, where Mai contributed to modernizing the court system. Mai holds an MBA in International Business Administration from TalTech and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tartu.
