Marius Albu

Marius Albu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer at SITA since November 2023, Marius oversees critical infrastructure components such as Windows Servers, SQL Servers, and virtualization technologies, while also implementing standardized security measures. Prior positions include Sr. Systems and Infrastructure Engineer roles at Betfair Romania Development and Steelcase, where Marius managed VMware infrastructures, cloud services (AWS and Azure), and MS Active Directory. With a career beginning in 2006, Marius has developed a solid foundation in server administration and technical support across various organizations, complemented by a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
