Meng Kiat Low started their work experience at Singapore Airlines in 1997 as an IT Executive, managing the company's IT infrastructure services. Meng Kiat ensured service performance met SLAs and provided insights on the company's IT strategy. In 2005, they joined SITA as the Head of Solution Consulting, overseeing a team that developed solutions aligned with customers' requirements. Meng Kiat also held the role of Director of Business Development, managing a team and driving business development activities with airports and airlines in APAC.
