Samantha Ross has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha started their career at Merck as a Pre-clinical Assistant, where they built the department's first global project database. Samantha then worked at JTI as a Supply Chain Analyst, implementing a new supply chain process and management system. Next, they joined Business Research Group as a Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst, providing strategic business intelligence services to multinational telecommunications and pharmaceutical firms. Samantha later joined Arthur Andersen as a Business Consultant, leading business projects and seminars in the field of business process and change enablement. Samantha then returned to SITA as the Head of Marketing and Sales for North Europe, managing a dynamic team and cultivating relationships with customers and industry associations. Samantha also held the positions of Global Director of Digital Marketing and Communications and Global Head of Commercial Excellence at SITA, where they contributed to the company's modernization and led various initiatives. Most recently, they served as the Global Head of Portfolio Innovation at SITA, responsible for bringing new business ideas to life and managing a team delivering innovation projects. Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of accomplishments.

Samantha Ross holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Geneva Graduate Institute, which they earned from 1994 to 1998. Samantha also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Marketing at Webster University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Samantha has certifications in a variety of fields. Samantha became certified in the Brief Coaching Approach at Solution Surfers in 2011 and obtained the Design Thinking Foundation Level certification from IDEO in 2019. Samantha also holds certifications in Coaching for Solutions and as a Yoga Teacher, which they obtained in 2011 and 2009 respectively.
