Jane Deflorio

Jane DeFlorio is an accomplished corporate director with extensive experience in various industries, including online ticketing, real estate, and apparel. Currently serving as Corporate Director at Vivid Seats since October 2021, Jane also holds a similar position at SITE Centers since January 2017, contributing to the oversight of a prominent real estate investment trust. Previously, Jane was a Corporate Director at Perry Ellis International, where involvement included audit and governance committees. Jane has a robust background in investment banking, having held managing and executive director roles at Deutsche Bank and UBS, respectively, and began their career in engineering at Merck. Jane earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
