Joe Chura

Joe Chura started their work experience in 1990 as an Architectural Drafter at Gaede-Serne-Zofcin Architects. Joe then worked at ka architecture as a Project Architect from 1992 to 2000.

In 2000, Chura joined Developers Diversified Realty as a Tenant Coordinator and later became a Project Manager from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Developers Diversified Realty Corporation as a Director of Tenant Coordination.

In 2008, Chura joined DDR Corp. where they held various positions including Senior Director of Tenant Coordination from 2008 to 2011, VP of Tenant Coordination from 2011 to 2013, and SVP of Construction Management from 2014 to 2020.

Finally, Chura currently works at SITE Centers as the SVP of Property Operations since December 2020.

Joe Chura attended the University of Notre Dame from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture. Joe then pursued further education at Cleveland State University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to their university education, Joe Chura attended St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, OH, from 1981 to 1985. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their high school education.
