Billy Plant

Billy Plant is a seasoned professional in hydrology and ecology, currently serving as a Qualified Hydrologic Professional at Site Engineering Consultants, Inc. since January 2017. Previously, Billy held the position of Lead Consulting Utility Forester at CN Utility Consulting from May 2013 to December 2016, and worked as an Instrument-man at Site Engineering Consultants, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2013. Experience also includes a role as a Biological Technician with the National Parks Service, focusing on invasive species eradication and habitat restoration from May 2010 to July 2012. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University from August 2009 to May 2012, Billy taught biology labs and developed course materials. Earlier military service as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy spanned from May 2000 to June 2006. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tennessee Technological University.
