Rica Maestas is an experienced Digital Narrative Producer at SITE Santa Fe since January 2020, previously serving as Program Coordinator at Vital Space and Curatorial Assistant at the David Winton Bell Gallery, where key achievements included researching and implementing a visitor survey and curating a notable exhibition on Mexican art. Additional roles include Visual Arts Programming Intern at the National Hispanic Cultural Center Art Museum, where Rica coordinated public programs, and Columnist for The Daily Trojan, focusing on cultural commentary. Rica's background in arts management is complemented by a Master’s degree in Public Humanities from Brown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science, Narrative Studies, and Communication Design from the University of Southern California.
