Mithun Kumar Thangaraju

Mithun Kumar Thangaraju has a diverse range of work experience. Mithun Kumar currently works as a Pavement Engineer at SITE Technologies. Prior to this, Mithun worked as a Grader at the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University. Mithun Kumar also served as a Student Assistant at Texas A&M University and as a Lab and field engineering assistant at Geotest Engineering, Inc. During their time at Geotest Engineering, Mithun gained experience in evaluating construction materials, collaborating with senior engineers and technicians, project coordination, and client communication. Earlier in their career, Mithun worked as a Roadway Supervisor at Prayog Projects Private Limited, where they supervised teams, managed inventory and quality, and successfully completed a 17-mile road extension project. Mithun Kumar also has experience as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they conducted laboratory simulations and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of rejuvenated asphalt mixes.

Mithun Kumar Thangaraju pursued their education in Civil Engineering. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. Following this, Mithun Kumar Thangaraju enrolled at Texas A&M University in 2021 and is expected to complete their Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering in 2023.
