Alaa Hafez has extensive experience in the field of technical support and management. Beginning with AMSOL (Rockwell Automation), working as a Technical Support Engineer focused on automation, Alaa later moved on to Advansys for Trading and Contracting (ATC) as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, specializing in instruments and drives. Currently, Alaa serves as a Technical Manager at SITE TECHNOLOGY, where Alaa leads energy efficiency projects related to VFDs, energy monitoring, and lighting control.
