Joëll Stassen is an experienced professional in customer solutions and maintenance management, currently serving as Customer Solutions Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Sitech since January 2009. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and integrity, leading maintenance organizations, and optimizing availability at minimal costs. Prior to Sitech, Stassen worked at DSM for nearly 19 years, holding various roles including Reliability Engineer and (Senior) Plant Engineer for Process Control and Electrical, where duties encompassed creating maintenance concepts, managing budgets, and overseeing teams. Stassen's educational background includes an engineering degree in Technical Physics with a specialization in Control Technology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, complemented by further studies in business management.
