Johan Schouten

Johan Schouten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personnel management and resource planning. Currently serving as Teamlead centrale inhuurdesk at Sitech Services BV since January 2019, Johan has been instrumental in centralizing the hiring process for external personnel within the Sourcing business unit since October 2021, overseeing recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding. Prior to this, Johan held the position of Resource Planner within the Maintenance business unit at Sitech Services, focusing on personnel planning and the management of external hiring. Johan's career began at Actief Werkt! from September 2006 to December 2018, where various roles were undertaken, culminating as an Inzetspecialist for Seacon logistics, responsible for staffing over 200 employees. Johan holds two Bachelor's degrees in Retail Management/ Small Business and Retail Management and Commerce from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2004 and 2009.
