Erica Dahl

Erica Dahl has a wealth of experience in government relations, public policy, and community relations. Erica began their career in 1998 at Bank of America as a VP of State Government Relations. In this role, they saved the company millions of dollars in additional tax liability through a 2003 legislative initiative in Nevada. In 2005, they joined Intermountain Healthcare as the Director of Community Relations for the Urban Central Region, where they orchestrated programs and initiatives focused on community benefit. In 2015, they moved to Vivint Solar as the VP of Public Policy & Government Affairs, where they established the government affairs department from the ground up and secured a multi-year, multimillion-dollar benefit to the company. In 2021, they joined findhelp, a Warburg Pincus Portfolio Company, as the VP of Government Relations, where they crafted the company's inaugural government affairs strategy and built a team to advance their mission and business goals. Most recently, they were appointed Head of Policy at ChargeNet Stations in 2022.

Erica Dahl received their Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University, where they studied Public Policy. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from St. Lawrence University, where they studied Political Science and Government.
