Ifigenia Geiveli

Ifigenia Geiveli, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and analytics. Currently serving as an HR Partner at Sitecore since December 2024, Ifigenia previously held various positions at Persado from October 2017 to November 2024, including Director and Senior Manager of People Operations & Analytics. Ifigenia’s career includes roles at Intralot from December 2011 to September 2017, where positions ranged from International HR Assistant to HR Analyst. Additionally, Ifigenia completed a psychology internship at the “Spyros Doxiadis” Diagnostic & Therapeutic Unit for Children and worked as an English tutor. Ifigenia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, earned in 2015.
