Christie Bracuti

Christie Bracuti has over nine years of work experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition field. Christie began their career in 2012 as an Account Manager/Recruiter at Aerotek. In 2015, they moved on to become the Assistant Director of Recruiting at Amteck, LLC. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Scrum Master and Technical Talent Recruiter at SPARC, an Agile Systems Delivery Hub of Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2018, they also took on the role of Sourcing and Recruiting Customer Success Manager at ENGAGE Talent. From 2019 to 2021, Christie worked as a Resource Manager and Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager and Technical Recruiter at both All Turtles and mmhmm.

Christie Bracuti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama between 2008 and 2012. In July 2021, they received a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® from the Resource Management Institute.
