Richard Ahrens

Richard Ahrens is an experienced professional with a strong background in compensation analysis and technology support. Currently serving as a Senior Commissions Analyst at Sitecore since April 2019, Richard evaluates compensation plans, serves as a liaison for incentive compensation inquiries, and collaborates with Finance and HR to ensure accurate administration and compliance of sales compensation plans. Prior roles include Field Services Technician II at Stanford Health Care, where Richard oversaw installation and maintenance of IT assets, and Desktop Support at Statistical Dynamics, focusing on account provisioning and compliance.
