Charlène PLAT began their work experience in 2013 as a Coordinatrice de tutorats étudiants - Service civique at ASSOCIATION ZUP DE CO. Charlène was responsible for coordinating tutoring programs for college students and organizing schedules. In 2015, they worked as a Chargée de recherche at CIRCULAR CONSULTING for a short period. From 2016 to 2018, Charlène worked at SNCF as a Consultant in evaluation and managerial development. Charlène then moved on to become a Responsable Recrutement, Intégration & Évaluation at SNCF Gares & Connexions from 2018 to 2020. Charlène then worked as an IT Talent Recruiter at SNCF from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of People at Siteflow, starting in 2022.

Charlène PLAT completed their educational journey at Université Paris Cité, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in the years 2011 to 2014. Charlène continued their studies at the same institution to pursue a Master's degree in Psychology of Work, Organizations, and Personnel from 2014 to 2016.
