Enislava Terziyska possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer experience management, currently serving as OM in Human Resources at SiteGround Web Hosting Company since February 2015. Responsibilities encompass internal communications, employee experience, HR initiatives, and office operations. Previous roles include Senior Sales & Customer Experience Expert, focusing on account management and technical support, and Customer Experience Specialist, handling customer inquiries. Prior to SiteGround, Enislava worked as an Event Coordinator at Art Nouveau Palace Hotel Prague and served as Tourist Centre Coordinator at Plovdiv Municipality's Municipal Enterprise for Tourism. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Plovdiv, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Agricultural University of Plovdiv.
