Principal Technical Support Engineer at Siteimprove

Adam McGrath has a range of experience in technical support and customer success roles. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Siteimprove, starting as a Technical Support Engineer and progressing to a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, Adam handled a variety of backline and frontline issues, assisted clients in understanding accessibility issues, and acted as a liaison between development and technical support. Adam also created custom event tracking for clients. In September 2021, Adam was promoted to the role of Principal Technical Support Engineer at Siteimprove, where they now handle larger projects and assists in developing new tools and internal policies.

Before their time at Siteimprove, Adam worked at Nextopia. From 2013 to 2018, they held multiple roles including Technical Integrations Manager, Customer Success and Support, and Sales/Accounts. In these positions, they handled technical escalations, resolved software integration issues, restructured the support department to improve effectiveness, coordinated departments to enhance customer experience, provided front-line technical support, and managed accounts while drafting pricing quotes and negotiating intensively.

Adam McGrath received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Concordia University in 2012.
