Jenny Leal

Jenny Leal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, communications, and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Addressing the Educational and Mental Health Gap Among Refugee Children in Franklin County Schools program at the Bhutanese Community of Central Ohio, Jenny develops strategic partnerships to drive program success. As a Communications Associate for the Pediatric Rheumatology Care & Outcomes Improvement Network, efforts focus on enhancing quality improvement initiatives through impactful communication strategies. Additional roles include Online Engagement Director at Milos Whole World Gourmet LLC and Project Manager at SiteInSight, as well as leadership positions such as Orchestra Manager for the Youth Philharmonic of Central Ohio and Co-Founder/Board Secretary of Elevate Northland. Jenny's leadership extends to the Northland Alliance as Chair of the Board of Trustees and former Communications Chair for the Ohio Public Health Association. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Health and a Master’s in Journalism, complemented by a Bachelor’s in History.
