Tanya Boyko (Tatjana)

Tanya (Tatjana) Boyko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tanya (Tatjana) began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald, specializing in environmental impact mitigation and compliance for major transit infrastructure projects. Tanya (Tatjana) then worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Meridiam before co-founding ManaCrowd. Tanya later joined McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager, leading strategy, M&A diligence, and operational improvement projects across consumer and industrial sectors. Tanya (Tatjana) also worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey. Following their time at McKinsey, Tanya became the Chief of Staff at Autzu. Tanya (Tatjana) then joined ArcTern Ventures as a Principal, focusing on investments in sustainable technology startups. Tanya's entrepreneurial spirit led their to become an Angel Investor and Advisor to various startups. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Operations at Siteline, a Series A startup. Tanya is also a member of the Operators Guild.

Tanya Boyko, also known as Tatjana Boyko, has an impressive education history. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Toronto from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a focus on Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
